Those of you who follow MasterChef USA 2012 know that Fox occasionally changes the air dates for the shows. The current date and time for the finale in Monday, September 10th at 9:00 pm EST on Fox. The date has already changed once, so keep track of it in case it changed again!
This finale episode has Christine Ha and Josh Marks battling to find the MasterChef. Christine is known as the blind chef. She gradually lost her sight over 10 years from an autoimmune disorder. She has learnt to measure liquids with her hands and she has developed an amazing palate. Her relaxed, refined cooking style is very different from Josh. He is a crazy powerhouse of energy and flavor. Josh is the spice master, mixing cultures to find his own style. Josh was previously eliminated but brought back in a surprise win against Ryan. The two chefs have great determination and fortitude.
