Tonight was quite possibly the most exciting and intense episode of Masterchef 2012 this season. Tonight, 1 eliminated contestant would have the chance to re-enter the game and compete against the final 6 for the top prize. But who would it be? Who would be lucky enough to get a second chance when no one else was?
Each of the eliminated contestants had to make a special dish for Gordon Ramsey and the other judges to taste. The two chefs who made the best dishes would go head-to-head to see who would be back in the competition. Ryan was the first chef named as one of the final two going head-to-head. This, obviously, did not sit well with the other competitors – especially Monti Carlo, who despises Ryan. The other chef competing against Ryan for the only spot left in the game was Josh.
All of the contestants were worried about Josh but most of them preferred to see him return over Ryan. Many think Ryan is too cocky for a second chance. Regardless, he had one of the best dishes tonight and, according to the judges, deserved a second chance.
So who ws brought back for a second chance to win Masterchef 2012?
