Last episode had Tali Clavijo being sent home. It was about time- his attitude was hard to watch.

The Cooking Challenge
Monti Carlo and Frankie Mirando were the winners last episode and they were the team leaders on this challenge. Frankie chose Felix Fang, Becky Reams, and Josh Marks for his team. Monti chose David Martinez, Christine Ha, and Stacey Amagrande for her team. The judges then gave them a catch- sometimes we don’t get what he want in life. They switched Monti and Frankie to be leaders of the opposite team.
The challenge this week was to cook for 100 hungry cowboys. The teams were provided with 16 oz. steaks from Walmart and had to make the fixings. Monti had her team do sweet potato mash but they very quickly ran out. Frankie had Stacey do her famous barbecue sauce and the cowboys loved it. He was smart because he had each team member cook something they do all the time. That way they did each ingredient perfectly. It was no competition- Frankie won by a mile. Monti’s team would face the pressure test and one of them would be going home.
The Pressure Test
The losing team had the option to give immunity to one of their teammates. Josh did a great job but they ended up choosing Felix to be safe. The elimination test this episode was very difficult. The chefs were given 6 eggs and had to create four dishes with them. They needed a perfectly soft poached egg, a soft boiled egg, a sunny side up fried egg, and a 3 egg omelet. There was no room for error and they could not get extra eggs if they messed up.
Moni Carlo did a great job but I think she had a lot of practice cooking eggs for her son. Becky Reams and Josh Marks did a surprisingly bad job. Both had raw boiled eggs. Becky did a perfect omelet though and that saved her.
Josh Marks was eliminated. Before he left, Gordon Ramsay told him that if Josh ever needed anything that he could contact Gordon. Gordon would help him as much as he could. It was a touching finish to this hard episode.
