After this long, drama filled season, we have finally come down to the final episode of Hell’s Kitchen. Last week the final two were decided and Dana Cohen was sent home. The final two are Christina Wilson and Justin Antiorio.

Dinner Service

The chefs chose their teams last week. Christina had Dana, Kimmie, Robyn, and Patrick on her team. Justin had Barbie, Brian, and Clemenza on his team. Clemenza put up a lot of fight, almost like he was punishing Justin. He got his act together in the kitchen for the most part, but it was still a strain on the team.

Christina and her team worked very well. There was some times you wondering how Kimmie and Robyn would work, but they all tried their best. In fact it was Dana who slowed the team down by sending overcooked fish and raw pork. Christina caught it every time and didn’t let bad food get to the customers. The same can’t be said about Justin’s side because one dish was brought back from the dining room. The fish was cold, which was echoed by Gordon Ramsay and Justin. He had to spend precious minutes fixing the poor work ethic on his team.

Gordon Ramsay was actually a big help for the teams. He could have sat back and watched the chaos but instead he really tried to help the two competitors along. Before dinner, he had them prepare their full menu so he could taste it. He gave them pointers and presentation tips to help the diners enjoy the meals more.

Elimination

After a successful dinner service for both teams, Gordon had to seriously think about who the winner should be. He took a few hours and compared his notes through the whole season. The winner had to be consistent, a good leader, and able to handle the stress of the job. He brought the two chefs to their doors- the door that opened would be the winner. Both pushed on the handles and one opened… and it was Christina! She was the winner of Hell’s Kitchen.

Congratulations to Christina Wilson on winning Hell’s Kitchen!

Do you think she should have won?
