Last episode on Hell’s Kitchen 2012 had Briana Swanson sent home for being unable to cook the fish. That’s twice now that fish has sent people home, so let’s see if they can cook it properly this week.

The First Challenge
Gordon Ramsay woke the house up by setting border collies on the sleeping chefs. They were brought to a farm and introduced to their ingredients- only, these ingredients were written on the collars of sheep. Each team had to catch and wrestle the animals to claim the ingredients, which would then be used in a cooking challenge. The teams competed one on one for the best tasting dish. The winning team received a reward and the losers had a punishment.
Tiffany and Danielle were against Clemenza and Don in battle lamb chop. Both dishes were excellent and both teams got points. Kimmy and Roshni were against Patrick in battle ground lamb and the girls got it for their perfect seasoning. Robyn and Barbie were against Justin in battle rack of lamb. The guys were given the point because the girls had raw lamb. Christina and Dana were against Royce and Brian in battle lamb steak. The boys got the point, making them the challenge winners. Their reward was a day at the races.
The girls punishment was cleaning the sheep from the challenge. They also had a special lunch of sheep testicles. Danielle had a lot of problem eating the meat while Kimmy rocked it. This caused a new rift in the group and took the pressure away from Barbie.
The Restaurant Challenge
Last week both teams finished the dinner service, but they regressed this episode. Brian had so many issues cooking the cod that he actually ran out of the fish even before the entrées started going out. Roshni has not been having luck on the beef wellington and failed at it again this week. Don was on the steak station and had a lot of trouble cooking it properly. The people who were kicked out before Gordon ended up closing both restaurants were Brian, Don, Roshni, Robyn, Danielle, Royce, and finally Justin.
The Results
Both teams were on the bottom for their very poor service. Each team had to choose two people to face Gordon Ramsay. The Blue team chose Don and Brian. The Red team chose Roshni and Danielle. Don was eliminated, but Gordon Ramsay also thought Roshni should be leaving. He made her “leave” by switching her to the guys team.
