Last episode on Hell’s Kitchen 2012 had Chris Carrero sent home for being unable to cook his fish.

The First Challenge
The first challenge had the chefs cooking for new American citizens. They would be cooking 60 immigrants an American themed lunch. The first team to finish feeding all tables won. On the menu was a Cobb salad, New York style pizza, sliders, and grilled cheese. Barbie woke up both teams very early by deliberately being noisy, and so all the chefs were tired and cranky.
The salads had to reach the diners first, and the entréea could not be fired until then. The Red team had a lot of issues getting started, but Robyn stepped up and expedited. The Blue team had even greater issues than the girls. Royce was slow on the salads, and Brian sent out raw sliders. The Red team finished first and even helped the boys finish their service.
The girls won a trip to a safari in San Diego. Gordon Ramsay took them on a private jet and they all seemed to be getting along. There were some funny scenes as the giraffes gave them lots of kisses with tongue. The Blue team was punished with hard labor. Patrick stepped up and offered to be team leader.
The Restaurant Challenge
Gordon Ramsay had Tiffany and Don sent to the front of the house. It was a blessing to them as the kitchens continued to have problems. Clemenza had so many issues with his beef wellington that the Blue kitchen ran out of the dish. Royce continued to have attitude problems but Gordon fixed this with a quick phone call to his boss. Royce works for Ralph, who was a previous contestant on the show. Royce got the confidence back and started cooking brilliantly again.
The girls had a lot of trouble with their kitchen and it was shut down early while the men actually finished service.
The Results
The Red girls team was obviously on the bottom. The contestants put up for elimination were Briana Swanson and Barbie Marshall. Gordon Ramsay called out Roshni Gurnani also for failing to cook the dumplings properly. It was Briana who ended up being sent home.
