Reward Challenge
The reward challenge this week was all about Southern cuisine. Gordon Ramsay had a map of the United States with ingredients pinned on it. This week also had a new judge- food critic Tanya Steel. The ingredients they would be working with are catfish, collard greens, pork chops. grits, fried chicken, and meatloaf. The Red Team and the Blue Team were head to head until the last dish- Robyn vs Dana in battle meatloaf. Robyn over salted her meat while Dana had an improper mix of meats in it. In the end the Red Team won and received reward.
The Reward
The reward this week was a photo shoot with Gordon Ramsay and Tanya Steel. The girls all got dressed up and made over for the photographs. Kimmie in particular looked fantastic.
Dinner Service
The Southern theme continued with dinner service. Kimmie was on the fish station cooking catfish. Fish station is the kiss of death because it is so easy to cook wrong. Robyn was also having troubles with the chicken station on the Blue Team. She brought the whole team to a stop while they tried to get the chicken out. After numerous times messing up the chicken, Gordon Ramsay kicked the entire team out.
Meanwhile on the Red Team, Kimmie messed up the catfish again and the Red Team was also kicked out. It’s almost the end of the season and yet the teams can’t even complete dinner service. Maybe next season they should be more careful who they pick to be on the show.
Elimination
Both teams were on the bottom so they each had to nominate two members to face elimination. On the Red Team, Kimmie and Barbie were chosen. on the Blue Team, Brian and Robyn were chosen. It was really Kimmie vs Robyn for who was going home. In the end, Kimmie was sent home.
