Last week had the chefs competing for reward. There was no one eliminated.
The Contestants
The Red Team:

Dinner Service
The challenge this episode was for each team to prepare their own menus. The Red Team made down-home food with steak and potato gratin. Tiffany was in charge of the potatoes and prepped them under cooked. Christina and Dana told her that they were raw and crunchy but Tiffany did not listen. Kimmie had little to do with the menu but the girls let her handle the steak and barbecue sauce. Gordon Ramsay loved the sauce, but her meat came out with inconsistent cooking times. Kimmie got her act together and fixed the problems, having a great end to service.
Meanwhile on the Blue Team, Justin and Brian made the menu without consultation with Clemenza and Robyn. Robyn was put in charge of one appetizer- a scallop and lobster filled squash blossom. She was very uncomfortable cooking food she had no influence in. She wanted Justin’s help through service but he could not spare the time. She was insistent on his help, so he told her just to cook them for 5ish minutes.
Robyn took that 5 minutes as gospel and did not check for how cooked they were. Gordon caught the raw appetizers before they were sent out and he made her recook them. Robyn then proceeded to overcook the next batch. She put 100% of the blame on Justin and his wrong cooking time.
Only two tables away from completing dinner service, a potato gratin was sent back on the Red Team. It was completely raw inside. Gordon’s right hand cook (not a contestant) confronted Tiffany on her apathy about the potatoes. Tiffany argued and was promptly removed from the kitchen.
The Blue Team was also very close to finishing service when a fish fiasco had the entire team kicked out. The order was messed up and multiple fish were cooked, but none properly.
The Elimination
Both teams were on the bottom and each had to nominate two people to face Gordon Ramsay. On the Red Team, Barbie and Tiffany were nominated. On the Blue Team, Robyn and Clemenza were nominated.
Gordon Ramsay sent Tiffany home for not being a leader. He couldn’t trust her to run his kitchen and so she had to go.
