We know how much Foodbeat readers love Hell’s Kitchen and Masterchef, so it comes as no surprise that the man responsible for two of the biggest food shows on TV has topped Forbe’s list of highest earning chefs in the world.
Gordon Ramsay, who has launched several successful TV shows and owns 23 restaurants around the world, made a cool $38 million last year. Coming in approximately $15 million shy of the top prize is TV personality and chef Rachel Ray who earned an estimated $25 million. Ray is the only chef on the list who does not own a restaurant. The popular brunette earned her pay check though her successful talk show, her popular magazine and her 20 published cookbooks.
